HOW TO DE-SEED A POMEGRANATE

(It's easier than you think)

  1. Cut off the crown, then cut the pomegranate into sections (see photo)
  2. Place the sections in a bowl of water, then roll out the arils (seeds and their bright red cover) with your fingers.  Throw away everything else.
  3. Strain out the water, then enjoy the arils whole!!

So pick up a pomegranate this week.  So TASTY and GOOD for YOU!!

***Delicious to add the arils to a salad - along with some goat cheese!***
